Everything at Bocoeur is made to order — printed just for you when you order, then shipped. Nothing sits in a warehouse, and nothing goes to waste.

Production time: your order is printed and prepared in about 2–5 business days before it ships.

Shipping time (after production): Europe typically 6–11 business days. For the United States and the rest of the world, delivery varies by destination — the exact estimate for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. Total delivery = production + shipping.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free worldwide shipping on every order of 2 or more items.

Once it ships you'll get a tracking link by email, and you can track any time via the link in your confirmation.

Made-to-order timelines and carrier delays (especially in peak seasons) can add a little time — merci for your patience.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout; orders returned for a wrong/incomplete address may be reshipped at extra cost.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country, paid on delivery.
