Hosting and technical providers
This website is served as a static site by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, California, USA). Our online store, shopping cart and payment checkout are operated on the Shopify platform, provided by Shopify International Limited (Victoria Buildings, 1–2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland). Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the payment providers shown at checkout; we never receive or store your full card details.
Production and fulfilment
Our garments are printed and shipped to order by Printify and its production partners. Because each item is produced after you order it, production time is additional to the delivery time shown on our Shipping Policy page.
Intellectual property
All designs, illustrations, graphics, photographs, text and the Bocoeur® name and logo appearing on this website are the property of Arnaud Boone or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any part of this website or its designs without prior written consent. Buying a product grants you ownership of that physical item only, not of the artwork printed on it.
Your rights as a consumer
If you buy as a consumer, Belgian and EU consumer law gives you rights that these terms cannot restrict, including:
- a legal guarantee of conformity of two years on goods that are faulty or not as described;
- a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day you receive your order, for distance purchases, as set out on our Returns & Exchanges page;
- the right to clear pricing, with all taxes and any delivery costs shown before you confirm your order.
These rights apply in addition to, and are not limited by, anything stated elsewhere on this website.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact us first at hello@bocoeur.com — most issues are resolved quickly and directly. If we cannot reach a solution together, you may bring the matter to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Consumentenombudsdienst / Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur), a free and independent body: consumentenombudsdienst.be. You may also contact the FPS Economy at economie.fgov.be.
Applicable law
These terms and any contract of sale concluded through this website are governed by Belgian law. Nothing in this notice deprives a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. The courts of Belgium have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer’s right to bring proceedings before the courts of their own place of residence.

We take care that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions. Product photographs are indicative; colours may vary between screens and between print runs. We may update this notice from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies.
